Founded in 1999, Magic Bus works with children and young people living in poverty across 22 states and 80 districts in India, taking them from a childhood full of challenges to a life with meaningful livelihoods. We equip children and young people in the age group of 12 to 18 with the skills and knowledge they need to grow up and move out of poverty. Our approach mobilises the entire ecosystem available to the child or young person to create transformational change in their lives. They successfully fend off destabilizers such as child marriage and child labour go on to become first-generation salary earners.

Dream a Dream is a registered, charitable trust empowering children and young people from vulnerable backgrounds to overcome adversity and flourish in the 21^st century using a creative life skills approach. Currently, we work with 10,000 young people a year through our two innovation labs – After School Life Skills Programme and Career Connect Programme; have trained over 5500 teachers/educators from 157 partners impacting over 137,500 children and young people and sensitize over 2500 volunteers through our unique Life Skills Development model.
